The Dodgers remained unbeaten in the month of August as they ran their win streak to 12 games with a 13-3 triumph over the Royals in the middle game of the set Saturday night, clubbing six homers in the process. Los Angeles has been on fire at the plate, putting up at least seven runs in nine of their 12 games in this stretch. Since the All-Star break, the Dodgers entered Sunday having averaged 6.73 runs per game while posting a .286/.348/.499 slash line at the plate before Saturday's game so that slash line will be on the incline. Tyler Anderson is 13-1 on the season and has pitched solidly of late. Brady Singer has been decent with a 3.49 ERA and a 3.66 FIP ERA this season but it's going to take a herculean performance from him to keep the Royals in the game. Even more problematic is the fact that the bullpen is going to be frayed a bit after Brad Keller lasted just three innings Saturday. Give the advantage to the Dodgers here to sweep the series.
