Divisional matchups can be fickle at times and I'd like this line better at 2.5 or 3 but it is what it is. The Saints turn the offense over to rookie Spencer Rattler on a short week after falling on Monday night to the Chiefs in a game where Derek Carr suffered an oblique injury. After scoring 91 points in the first two weeks of the season, the Saints have just 49 during their three-game slide. Tampa Bay has seen Baker Mayfield toss 11 TD passes (second in the league) while the Saints have given up just one (best in the league) this season. The problem for the Saints is that their defense can't do everything and Rattler has to prove that he can play at this level. Look for the Buccaneers to come up with the win here.
