Ottawa, despite acquiring Ullmark in the offseason, has had their struggles keeping the puck out of their own net in the early going. The Senators have allowed 15 goals in their first four games, which isn’t a good thing when you’re facing a Tampa Bay team that has racked up a dozen goals in their opening three contests. Granted, these early afternoon starts aren’t always conducive for sharp play but Kucherov has been on fire for the Lightning so far this season. Tampa Bay is playing solid hockey in the early going and with Vasilevskiy between the pipes, they should be able to come up with the road win here to remain unbeaten.
