Georgia Tech opened their season with a win over Florida State and also beat Miami late in the year but the Yellow Jackets still aren't a team that strikes fear in the hearts of opposing teams. Vanderbilt was solid this year with Diego Pavia under center and Clark Lea in his first year running the program. The Commodores beat Virginia Tech, Alabama and Kentucky while losing tight games to Texas and Missouri. The Commodores are in their first bowl game since 2018 and with Pavia rested, you have to think he makes a bunch of big plays to help Vandy earn the victory here.
