Portland is 12-12 since the break though they have improved offensively (115.3 ppg since the break vs. 109.2 ppg before) and defensively (112.7 ppg since vs. 114.8 ppg before) down the stretch. The Trail Blazers beat the Jazz the last two meetings and with Utah pretty much mailing it in at this point, give the advantage to the visitors here.
