Philadelphia’s offense was nearly nonexistent in their three game set against the Cardinals on the road, scoring a total of four runs in the three games, all of them coming in the middle game of the set Saturday. Fortunately for the Phillies, they return home for this game, where we have seen the bats conjure up plenty of success. San Francisco won two of three from the Yankees but Roupp is still making his way as a starter at the major league level. Citizens Bank Park is a hitter friendly park and the Phillies are a dangerous squad at home. Walker may not be throwing zeroes for a third straight start but the Philadelphia lineup carries the team to a win.
