I will "tread lightly" this MLB season over the first 2 weeks. I like to get a "feel" for each team first, and to properly do that, you need to see at least one turn through the rotation. For most teams, that's about the first two weeks. So until then, as I say, I'll be picking and choosing my spots. This is a good spot bet in my opinion. I don't mind laying chalk. Scherzer is 37-26 with a 2.99 ERA in 96 starts at Nationals Park. Josiah Gray gets the call for the home side. He averaged more than four walks per nine innings last year.
