I'm playing on the Angels (***10***)

Off 2 straight losses, I think the Angels dig deep here and avoie a 3rd setback in a row.

Both Verlander and Syndergaard are coming off injuries and each of these veterans has something to prove this year. We could "deep dive" into their stats and what they've done over the last couple of years, but their struggles/issues/stories are well documented.

So for argument's sake, let's call them a "wash."

LA is off the 13-6 loss yesterday, but it's 7-1 in its last 8 in trying to revenge a home loss against an opponent in which it allowed 10 or more runs in.

Revenge is a powerful motivating factor and it's one that I expect the Angels to use to their advantage.
