I think that Ranger Suarez and the home side are well worth the price of admission in this one. The Mets won the first 3 games of their four game series with Washington, but then just blew a 2-1 leadin the eighth to fall 4-2 in Sunday's loss. I think they'll now predictably struggle here in this "step up" in competition. The Phillies went 2-1 over the A's, posting 13 runs over the first 2 games, before falling 4-1 yesterday. Both teams off losses, meaning that the home field advantage is crucial here today. Last year Philly was 6-3 at home in this series. Taijuan Walker was 7-11 with a 4.47 ERA last year for the Mets, while Ranger Suarez joined the Phillies rotation last August, and went 3-2 with a 1.51 ERA over 12 starts. I love the Phillies and Suarez in this spot, and that's why they've become my 10* GAME OF THE MONTH!
