This is a 10* GAME 1 SIDE BLOWOUT on the LA Lakers.
Houston started its series against the Thunder looking really good, but then the Rockets got exposed by OKC. The Rockets barely got by OKC in seven games and I think they're going to have a hell of a time here vs. this rested and confident Lakers squad.
LA looked flat in its Game 1 loss vs. a then red-hot Blazers team, but LA was calm and made some minor adjustments and then went on to win four straight in blowout fashion.
The Lakers are deeper and more talented at every position than the Rockets and I expect them to come at Houston hard, from the opening tip until the final horn as they try to take advantage of this now weary team.
I'll point out as well that the Lakers are 7-2 ATS in their last nine after three or more days of rest.
All signs point to a complete destruction from start to finish!
