This is a 10* NBA PLAYOFF TOTAL OF THE YEAR on the OVER Nuggets/Clippers.

I think this is a great "situational" play. And when I make my O/U picks, that's primarily what I'm basing it on.

Denver is a good team and it's already beaten the Clippers in this series, but now down 3-1, the Nuggets have to go on the attack from start to finish to try and keep their season alive.

Denver could have easily rolled over as well when it was down 3-1 in its series previous to the Jazz, but the Nuggets dug deep and won three in a row.

Do I expect that to happen here again? I don't, but I do expect Denver to come out with a new game-plan as it looks to stay alive in this series.

And for the Clippers, they're destined to face the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals soon, but first they have to take care of business here.

With Denver opening up its style of play tonight, look for the Clippers to also get out and push the pace in transition.

Finally note that LA has seen the total go OVER the number in eight of its last 11 after playing to three or more consecutive UNDERS.
