I’m on the Guardians at home vs the reds for these reasons;

- Guardians need wins, Reds trying to play spoiler on the road. We faded the road spoilers yesterday and lost the -1.5 handicap bet due to a solo home run given up in the 9th inning by the Detroit relief pitcher. I’m continuing my trend today.

- Guardians are starting right handed pitcher Joey Cantillo who is 1-1 at home but has a 2.40 era in Cleveland over those 15 innings pitched. Red’s are not good against right handed pitchers and Joey is going to be able to limit runs to set up the offense for success today.

- Reds are starting Jakob Junis who is 4-0 and 3-0 on the road, however, he has yet to start for the Reds, playing most of the season for the Brewers. He’s not a bad option for the reds but with nothing to play for, you gotta wonder what will the effort be for the outfielders, and batters in a road spot with the season nearly over.
