I’m on Mizzou -8.5 at home vs the Cal Bears for these reasons:

- Cal are allowing 71 points per game. Mizzou only allow an average of 63 points per game.

- Cal have not shown enough on the road for me to trust them to defensively contain a team like Mizzou from shooting the lights out of them from long range. Tigers shoot 35% from deep, Cal are allowing teams to shoot 36% this early in the season and they haven’t played anyone of importance since the Vanderbilt game where they were blown out.

- Mizzou forces 16 turnovers per game, Vanderbilt commit 13 turnovers per game, it can only get worse for them in that category in a road match vs a 6-0 home team that is feeling themselves as they climb their division standings. I would bet this up to 9.5
