Im on the Dodgers Moneyline at home vs the Mets for these reasons:

- Fading David Petersen looks like a bad bet, being that he’s 4-2 on the season with a 2.69 ERA and 52nd in strikeouts, but his road splits are less appealing than his overall stats. The last time he faced the Dodgers was last season when he came in as relief, pitching only 2 innings and gave up 3 runs off 4 hits in Los Angeles. This roster is batting .356 against him and they will be looking to bounce back from last nights poor batting performance.

- Landon Knack is the only detrimental piece to this bet. He’s not been very good this seasons, and gave up 3 runs in his last meeting vs the Mets (game ended 3-1 win for the Mets). He had 5 strikeouts that game though, and if it wasn’t for that early homerun by Pete Alonzo, the game would’ve been 1-1 heading into the 4th. I’m believing in the Dodgers batters more than I am in Knack, but he’s serviceable and has proven to be damage limited vs the Mets, enough for me to bet on them.
