I’m on the Dodgers Moneyline in this game 3 in St Louis for these reasons:

- I’m not solely betting on the Dodgers, but I’m fading Michael McGreevy. He’s young and inexperienced, vs a respectable and desperate Dodgers lineup that is trying to avoid a sweep. Overall I think if it was any other pitcher, the Cardinals could pull off the sweep, but McGreevy will be asked a lot of today, going toe to toe with Freddie Freeman, Will Smith, Ohtani, Andy Pages, and Mookie Bets who all bat over .276 vs right handed pitchers this season.

- I’ll trust Clayton Kershaw here. He’s making his first start this season and just needs to stay safe for the first 4 innings to give the bats time to hit McGreevy hard. Cardinals are modest against Lefties , but Kershaw isn’t an average left handed pitcher. He’s got a solid changeup, and curveball/ slider mix. Overall, the dodgers aren’t getting swept.
