AMEDEUS' MLB DIAMOND DINGER!
(MLB) Minnesota vs. Milwaukee,
Money Line: -104.00 Milwaukee (Home)
Result: Win
The Twins are coming into this game playing very inconsistently in their recent games as they have 2 losses in their last 4 games and they have not been as good on the road this season. They have a losing record on the road this year and they have even lost 4 of their last 6 games played on the road. They are going up against a Brewers team that is leading the NL Central right now and has been heating up recently as they continue to pull away in their division. They have won their last 3 straight as well as 7 of their last 10 games and their only 3 losses in that span came on the road to the Dodgers. Bailey Ober is starting for the Twins here and he is 6-6 with a 3.40 ERA this season. He has not been bad this season but recently he has been allowing more runs in his starts as he has allowed at least 2 earned runs in each of his last 6 starts and has allowed at least 5 runs in 2 of his last 4. He has also been much worse on the road as he has allowed at least 3 earned runs in his last 3 straight as well as 5 of his last 6 starts on the road. Wade Miley is starting for the Brewers here and he is 6-3 with a 3.05 ERA this season. He has been pitching very well recently as he has allowed just 1 earned run or less in 3 of his last 4 starts and has allowed 2 earned runs or less in 7 of his last 9 starts. He also has a very good bullpen to back him up as the Brewers have one of the best pitching staff's in the leagues and have not been allowing many runs in their recent games. The Twins do not have a strong offense either, especially when playing on the road, so they are going to struggle to score runs here while the Brewers get on the board. The Brewers will win this game at home.
