AMEDEUS' CFB REDZONE ROUT!
(NCAAF) Louisville vs. Georgia Tech,
Point Spread: -7.50 | -104.00 Louisville (Away)
Result: Loss
Louisville is coming into this game after an 8-5 season last year but now they have a new head coach in Jeff Brohm and they are going to be hungry as a program to make a big jump this season under their new head coach. They have a new starting QB in Jack Plummer as well but they still have a lot of talent surrounding him on the offense and they will be looking to make a statement in this 1st game of the season. This game is at a neutral site but is going to be played in a big stadium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and the size of this stadium alone will be overwhelming for Georgia Tech with the talent they have on their team. Louisville also upgraded their offense in the transfer portal with their new coach Jeff Brohm and they have a lot more talent to surround their QB than they had last season as well. Georgia Tech did not do a whole lot in the transfer portal themselves, they did not get any worse but they did not really get better either and this is still a team that had a losing 5-7 season last year with many of their players returning for another year. Brent Key did manage to go 4-4 with this team after taking over midway through the season last year but he is going to have his work cut out for him here against a much improved Louisville side that will be hungry to open their season with a big conference win on this huge stage. Louisville will cover the spread in this game.
