The Orioles are coming into this game playing very well recently as they have won their last 3 straight as well as 5 of their last 7 games. He has not been pitching very well in this month as he has allowed at least 4 earned runs in 3 of his last 5 starts. He also allowed 7 earned runs in 2 of those starts and he is going to struggle here with the way the Orioles offense has been hitting. Dean Kremer is starting for the Orioles here and he is 12-5 with a 4.20 ERA this season. Not only do the Orioles always get up for him and score a lot of runs in the games he starts, but Kremer has also been pitching very well in his recent starts. He has allowed just 2 earned runs or less in 4 of his last 5 starts and has not allowed more than 3 runs in any of those. He will continue to pitch well here against this Angels offense that has not been hitting well recently. The Angels have also been in a massive slump recently as their playoff hopes are basically shot now while the Orioles have a real chance to win the AL East and will be motivated to keep surging.
