The Bears are coming into this game off of an awful loss at home in their last game. They lost at home to the Packers 38-20 in their 1st game without Aaron Rodgers and that was the chance for the Bears to finally take their rivalry back. They failed to answer the call though and their offense struggled a lot with Justin Fields as there is not a lot of talent around him to make big plays. The defense was also awful as they made Jordan Love look like Rodgers out there the way they were scoring points. They are going up against a Buccaneers team that is coming off of a good win on the road against the Vikings. The story of that game is how the Vikings shot themselves in the foot with turnovers but there has to be a lot of credit to the Bucs and this Todd Bowles defense that really has not changed much from last year. The Bucs also have a lot of talent on their offense as well with many good receivers to throw to and Baker Mayfield has looked good running this offense this year. Now the Bucs are at home here in their home opener and they have a much better team than the Bears do as this Bucs team is a real threat to win the NFC South this season. Mayfield is going to score points in this offense against that awful Bears defense and the Bears will struggle to move the ball on this good Todd Bowles defense.
