Air Force is coming into this game at 4-0 this season and they have been playing very well as they are a real threat to win the MWC this year. Their defense has been dominant in their games as they have 2 games where they held opponents to 7 points or less and they have also allowed 21 points or less in their other 2 games. Their offense has also been on fire as they have scored at least 39 points in 3 of their 4 games this season and they have also won all 4 of their games by double digits, winning each of their last 2 games by 18 points or more. They are going up against a San Diego State team that is coming off of a 34-31 loss at home against Boise State in their last game and they have not been good this season as they are only 2-3 overall. They have only played 1 road game this year which they lost to Oregon State 26-9 and their offense has struggled against better defenses recently as they have only scored 10 points or less in 2 of their last 3 games. Air Force has one of the best defenses in the MWC this year and San Diego State has not really figured out their offense yet as they were supposed to switch to a heavier passing game but have reverted back to their running style as they do not have an efficient passer. They are going to struggle to run the ball against this Air Force defense. Air Force also has a very good run game themselves and San Diego State has not been stopping the run recently as they have been allowing a lot of yards on the ground in their last 2 games alone. Air Force is going to roll San Diego State at home as SDSU is playing their 2nd road game of the season and 1st conference road game of the year against one of the best in the conference this year. Air Force will cover the spread in this game.
