Man City is coming into this match not playing in very good form in their recent matches. They have lost 3 of their last 4 matches as they suffered their 1st 2 match losing streak of this season across all competitions and they ended up bouncing back in Champions League with a nice away win over RB Leipzig but they also followed that up by dropping points to Arsenal in their last match before the break. Now they are coming out of the break in the midst of a slump and they will be hungry to correct that with a win in this match before traveling to Switzerland for their midweek UCL match. They are going up against a Brighton side that started the season in very good form but they have not been playing as well recently as their schedule has gotten tougher.
