The Falcons are coming into this game with a 4-5 record this season and they are right in the race for the NFC South right now. The Falcons have lost their last 2 straight games and are coming off of a 31-28 loss at home against the Vikings in their last game. Despite losing their last 2 games, their offense has been playing much better as Taylor Heinicke came in the game against the Titans, scoring 23 points in that game, and then got the start last week and scored 28 points against the Vikings. Taylor Heinicke is definitely an upgrade for this offense over Desmond Ridder and he is going to get his 1st win this season as a starter. They are going up against a Cardinals team that is 1-8 this season and will have Kyler Murray coming back from an ACL injury to make his 1st start of the season. The Cardinals were showing some fight in their first few games of the season but ever since getting their 1 win of the year against the Cowboys, they have lost their last 6 straight games with 5 of those losses coming by double digits and their offense has also scored 10 points or less in 3 of their last 4 games. The Cardinals may be getting Murray and Connor back here but it is not going to be enough to win this game when Murray does not have a great relationship with the receivers and the defense has been getting worse in recent weeks. Kyler Murray is back but that is not going to help the Cardinals much, especially with the uncertainty surrounding his future with the team. The Falcons will win this game.
