The Bengals are coming into this game with a 5-4 record this season and they are coming off of a tough loss at home in their last game against the Houston Texans. The Bengals had won 4 straight games prior to that loss at home as they were starting to heat up but now they have to go on the road on a short week here against a team that already beat them earlier this season. They are going up against a Ravens team that is 7-3 this season and they are also going to be hungry to bounce back at home here after losing their last game to the Browns. Their defense allowed 33 points in that home loss but they still have one of the best defenses in the NFL this season and will be eager for a better performance here. Their defense has not allowed more than 6 points in 2 of their last 3 games at home and they will be trying to get back to that here since they match up well. The Ravens have one of the best run games in the NFL while the Bengals have one of the worst run defenses so this game is going to be won on the ground by the Ravens. On the flip side, the Ravens have one of the better run defenses in the NFL as well while the Bengals have one of the worst running games and that will only complicate things for them since the Ravens also have the best pass defense. Joe Burrow is not going to be able to do much on the road against this defense as the Ravens will bounce back at home here. The Ravens will cover the spread in this game.
