Cornell is coming into this game with a 3-0 record this season and they have been playing very well to start the year. They were 17-11 last season but they are returning around 78% of their minutes played as well as over 80% of their scoring from last year. They will be hungry to improve this season and take a step forward with so many returning players, especially when they have started the season so well at 3-0. They have a nice home win against a team not from Division I but they also won both their road games this year against Lehigh and Fordham. They are on the road again here but have been playing well in these road games and they are going up against a George Mason team that will be taking a step back this season. George Mason is 2-0 this year and they were 20-13 overall last season as well, but they are only returning around 25% of their minutes played and their scoring from last year. They are also under a new head coach this season that is dealing with a lot of new faces he didn't have last year. They beat Monmouth and Austin Peay this season but both of those games were at home and now they are getting a hot Cornell team that has been winning road games and looking to improve.
