AMEDEUS' NFL PRIME TIME SUNDAY SMASHER!
(NFL) Minnesota vs. Denver,
Point Spread: -2.50 | -106.00 Denver (Home)
Result: Loss
The Vikings are coming into this game with a 6-4 record this season and they have become the hottest team in the NFL with the longest active win streak. Even after losing Kirk Cousins, they have not lost a game as they have won their last 5 straight and Josh Dobbs has been ripping teams up in his 2 starts. The Josh Dobbs miracle is not going to go on forever though and the Vikings are due for a loss with the way they have been overachieving with all their injuries recently. They are going up against a Broncos team that is 4-5 this season and has been playing very well recently as they have won their last 3 straight games. Their defense has been much better as well as they have allowed less than 20 points in 3 of their last 4 games. They are also going to have a lot of confidence here with wins on the road against the Bills last week and a win against the Chiefs in the week prior to their bye. The Broncos were awful at the start of the season but they have made some big improvements on both offense and defense in recent weeks and they now have the momentum on their 3 game win streak to pull themselves back to .500 on the year here at home. This is a great spot to take the improving Broncos at home against an overachieving Vikings team whose luck will run out on the road here in prime time. The Broncos will cover the spread in this game.
