The Eagles are coming into this game with an 8-1 record this season and they have had 2 weeks to prepare for this game as they are coming off of their bye week. They have won their last 3 straight games with some good wins against the Cowboys and the Dolphins in that span, but both of those wins came at home where they have been much better. They are going to have revenge on their mind here but now they are going on the road which their 1 loss this season came on the road and they are going up against a Chiefs team that has also had 2 weeks to prepare with their bye week after beating the Dolphins in Germany 2 weeks ago. The Chiefs are also going to have the confidence from beating the Eagles in the Super Bowl last year and Andy Reid has a very good record when given extra time to prepare for a game. The Chiefs have also been dominant against teams from the NFC the last few years. Both of these teams are very similar on offense this season but the Chiefs have the better defense considering how they have one of the best pass defenses in the NFL. The Chiefs will be able to take away the run game for the Eagles here at home and the Eagles will not be able to beat the Chiefs through the air with this pass defense. The Chiefs also have the better QB to try and win this game through the air which is going to be key here. The Chiefs will cover the spread in this game.
