AMEDEUS' CFB MWC GAME OF THE MONTH!
(NCAAF) Boise State vs. UNLV,
Point Spread: 2.50 | -105.00 UNLV (Home)
Result: Loss
Boise State is coming into this game with a 7-5 record this season but they finished their season strong with a 6-2 conference record to get here. Boise State has been playing much better recently as they have won their last 4 straight games and they are undefeated since firing their head coach as well. They won their last game on the road against Utah State, beating them 45-10, but Utah State has been a struggling team all season and Boise State has not been great on the road as they have lost 3 of their last 4 road games. They are going up against a UNLV team that is 9-3 this season and was also 6-2 in their conference games. They are coming off of a bad loss at home in their last game as they lost to San Jose State in a game they were always trailing from the start, but they also started that game behind the ball and almost came back to win it in the end. They lost the game 37-31 but were never able to overcome the 14-0 hole they got in early as they fumbled the ball on a kick return after San Jose State scored, leading to a 14-0 lead for SJSU before the UNLV offense even got on the field. UNLV will be paying a lot more attention to avoiding mistakes like those in this Championship game and they will be hungry to bounce back here considering how they almost came back in that game last week. That was also their 1st loss at home all season as they have played their best there all year and they are going to be hungry to bounce back with the MWC Title here as they are the better team. UNLV will cover the spread in this game.
