The Kings are coming into this game with an 18-12 record this season but they have not been playing very well in their recent games. They have lost 2 of their last 3 as well as 3 of their last 5 games. They are coming off of a win in their last game against the Hawks as they won on the road by 7 points, but they were also trailing by 10+ points for most of that game and had to outscore the Hawks by 20+ points in the 2nd half just to come back. They have definitely been worse on the road this season as they are only 7-7 on the road and they have also lost 2 of their last 3 road games with a loss to the Trail Blazers in that span as well. They are going up against a Grizzlies team that is 10-21 this season but they have been playing much better in their recent games since Ja Morant returned to the lineup. They have lost their last 2 straight games but those losses were both on the road against some good teams as well in the Nuggets and the Clippers. The Grizzlies are going to be hungry to bounce back here at home and this is only the 2nd home game Morant has played all season, his 1st being their win against the Pacers which was a game they dominated from start to finish.
