Illinois is coming into this game with a 15-5 record this season and they have been playing well in their recent games. They have won 3 of their last 4 games but 2 of those wins came at home while their only road win in that span was against Michigan who has been one of the worst teams in the Big Ten this season. They also lost their last game on the road against Northwestern and have not been as good on the road this year with 3 losses in their last 4 road games. They are going up against an Ohio State team that is 13-7 this season and has been awful in their recent games. They have lost their last 2 straight as well as 5 of their last 6 games, but they are going to be hungry to bounce back here as they are not that bad of a team and have had a very tough schedule in the conference so far. They are 3-6 in the conference this season but 5 of those 6 losses have come on the road. They have been much better at home this season as they have won 9 of their last 11 games there and they have won 3 of their 4 conference games at home as well, their only loss coming against Wisconsin who currently leads the Big Ten at 8-1 in the conference. Ohio State has had a very rough stretch recently but they are going to be hungry to bounce back here and they will be desperate for a win to try and turn around their season now.
