North Florida is coming into this game with a 16-15 record this season and they are 9-7 in the conference. They have been playing well in their recent games as they have won 3 of their last 5 games and they are coming into this conference tournament off of a 19 point win against Stetson in their last game. They have not been bad on the road either as they have won 2 of their last 3 games on the road. They are going up against an Austin Peay team that is 17-14 this season and is 10-6 in the conference. They have won their last 2 straight as well as 7 of their last 8 games as they ended the regular season playing very well, but they have also been playing in a lot of closer games recently. They have won 3 of their last 4 games with 1 loss against Lipscomb in that span but even their 3 wins were very close there, winning 2 of those games by just 3 points and the other game by 4 points. They also beat North Florida at home earlier this season but again it was a very close game that Austin Peay was trailing in the whole time and ended up coming back just to force double OT and win the game by 4 points. North Florida is going to get up for this game with a chance to get revenge against a team they were very close to beating the last time they were here, but they also need to win this game as winning this tournament will be their only way into the NCAA Tournament. North Florida is going to fight to win this game right to the end and even if they do end up losing, it will only be by a couple of points. North Florida is going to cover the spread in this game.
