In game 2, the 76ers played much better as they were right in the game and even winning it in the last minute before some controversial calls were made and the Knicks ended up winning by 3 points. The 76ers finally got their revenge in game 3 though with an 11 point win at home and it was a game that they were leading for most of the time as well. The 76ers have been a much better team at home this season and if Embiid did not get injuried earlier this season, there is a very good chance that the 76ers were be a lot higher than the 7th seed. The Knicks may have a 2-1 lead in this series, but they actually have not covered a spread since in this series since their win in game 1. The 76ers have been very good in this position as a home favorite this season as they are 22-12 ATS. They have also been a great covering team in the playoffs over the last 3 seasons as they are 9-3 ATS in the 1st round of the playoffs as well as being 5-2 ATS when trailing in a playoff series. The 76ers got some momentum back in this series with their win in game 3 and Joel Embiid is going to do whatever he can in this game to ensure they even up the series going back to New York.
