The Magic are coming off of a win in their last game to force a game 7 in this series, but they have still lost all 3 games on the road in this series. They were not a great team on the road during the regular season either as they were 18-23 on the road this season. The Magic dominated the Cavaliers in their first 2 home games in this series and they followed it up with a very close loss by 1 point in game 5, almost flipping the home advantage. They won the last game at home by 7 points to even up the series but that game was very different as the Cavaliers were never out of the game and even had the lead a few times in the 2nd half before the Magic pulled away late. The Cavaliers are 26-15 at home this season and they have been much better at home all year. The Cavaliers have not covered a spread in this series since the first 2 home games either as the Magic have covered the last 4 straight, covering 3 at home and the last game in Cleveland. This is the perfect game for that streak to end though as this is a very small spread for the Cavaliers to cover and they still have more playoff experience on their side with Donovan Mitchell as the Magic are a very young team with no real experience at closing out a playoff series. The Magic have been one of the best covering teams in the NBA this season, but they have actually been bad in this situation as a short underdog or favorite on the road as they are just 2-8 ATS this season when on the road in a game where either team is a 3 point favorite or less. The Cavaliers are going to close out this series at home and advance to the next round. The Cavaliers will cover the spread in this game.
