The Bears are coming into this game with a 1-1 record this season. Their defense has been very good in their 2 games as they have held opponents to 17 and 19 points in their 2 games, but their offense has not been good with their rookie quarterback Caleb Williams. Williams has been very inaccurate with his passes this season and the team has struggled to get the run game going in both of their games. It will not be too difficult to defend this offense with the run game struggling and the Williams missing his throws. They are going up against a Colts team that is 0-2 this season and they are going to be hungry for their 1st win of the season. They are coming off of an awful road loss in their 1st road game of the season, losing 16-10 to the Packers, but they played much better in their only home game which was a 29-27 loss to the Texans. The offense was much better at home so they are going to get a lot more done in this game, and they have also been running the ball very well. They had over 100 rushing yards in their 1st game between Richardson and Taylor, and Taylor was able to rush for over 100 yards in their 16-10 loss last week. The Bears were much better on run defense against the Texans, but they did give up yards to Tony Pollard in their game against the Titans. The Colts are going to be able to run the ball effectively with Taylor in this game and Richardson will also use his legs a lot more at home than he did last week. The Bears defense is good, but their offense has been awful as they are going through the growing pains of a rookie quarterback, and Caleb Williams will continue to make mistakes and miss throws in this game which will help lead the Colts to their 1st win of the season. The Colts will cover the spread in this game.
