Texas State is coming into this game with a 2-1 record this season and they have been playing well to start the season. Their only game against a Division I opponent this season was their home game against Middle Tennessee which they lost by 23 points. They were not a great team last season either and they are going to struggle against a team like Texas State who has been playing much better recently and has more quality on their side.
