The Knights are coming into this game with an 11-6-2 record this season and they have not been great in their recent games. They are on a B2B here as they played the Leafs last night, but they will not be satisfied with that performance and will get up for this game to bounce back against a weaker team. They have not been great on the road this season, but there is going to be a response from the team after that 3-0 loss and they have been scoring plenty of goals this year so they will find the net on this weaker defense. They are going up against a Senators team that is 8-9-1 this season and they have not been playing well recently. They have lost their last 3 straight games and they are coming off of a 5-2 loss at home to the Oilers in their last game, but they have played much better at home all season and will be hungry to bounce back here and snap their losing streak. They have played in a lot of high scoring games recently as well, going over 6.5 goals in 2 of their last 3 games as well as going over 6.5 goals in their last 2 straight at home and 4 of their last 6 games there. Their offense has been scoring a lot of goals at home this season as well, but their defense has also been awful and they have allowed at least 4 goals in each of their last 3 games. These two also played earlier this season in Vegas which was a 6-4 win for the Knights, but the Sens were winning for most of that game and even had a 4-3 lead with 3 mins left before the Knights scored 3 goals in those final 3 mins. The Senators are going to be hungry for a win and hungry for revenge in this game while the Knights also need a win badly on the road and will be hungry to bounce back from a shutout loss. Between these two sides, there will be enough goals in this game to push it over 6.5 goals.
