The Dolphins are coming into this game with a 5-6 record this season and they have been playing much better in their recent games. They have won their last 3 straight games, but they have also played much better in all 5 games that Tua has been back from his injury. This is a big game for the Dolphins as they have a chance to move back to .500 this season and get themselves back in the Wild Card race. They have won their last 2 straight games by 15+ points each and even their 2 losses when Tua came back were both within 3 points. Their offense has been great with Tua as they have scored 30+ points in each of their last 2 games as well as scoring 27+ points in 4 of their last 5 games, but their defense has also been much better as well. They have not allowed 20 points in 3 straight games and their run defense has been very good, not allowing 100 rushing yards in 5 straight games. They have shut down some good rushing teams as well like the Cardinals with their dual threat quarterback and the Rams who have a good running back in Kyren Williams. The Dolphins also have a good run game themselves and this is a defense they are going to have success on the ground against. They are going up against a Packers team that is 8-3 this season and has been playing very well recently. They have won their last 2 straight games as well as 6 of their last 7 games with their only loss in that span coming against the Lions. They are coming off of a 38-10 win over the 49ers in their last game, but the 49ers were missing a lot of starters in that game, including their starting quarterback, and they have not fully recovered from the Super Bowl loss last year. The Packers struggled to beat the Bears by 1 point the game prior, and they also have a 3 point win prior to that against the Jaguars who have been one of the weaker teams in the league all season. Josh Jacobs has been very good in the run game all season, but the Dolphins have the run defense to slow him down here and make it more difficult for this Packers offense. Their run defense has also been awful as they have allowed 100+ rushing yards in 2 of their last 3 as well as 3 of their last 5 games so the Dolphins will be able to open up their passing game with the weapons they have. The Dolphins are in run the table mode right now and this will be a game they show up big in. The Dolphins will cover the spread in this game.
