The Knights are coming into this game with a 30-14-4 record this season and they are coming off of a 4-2 win on the road against the Blues in their last game, but they have not been playing well recently. They bounced back against the Blues with a 4-2 win after losing 5-4 at home to that same Blues team the game before, but prior to that win over the Blues, the Knights had lost 4 straight games with their defense allowing 5 goals in 3 of those. They have also been worse on the road this season and have lost their last 3 straight road games. They are also in a bad spot here as they are playing on a B2B after getting revenge against the Blues last night and they still have to travel to Dallas as well. They are going up against a Stars team that is 29-17-1 this season and they have not been playing well recently either, losing 3 of their last 4 games. They have been much better at home this season though and they are going to be hungry to bounce back as they are coming off of a 2-1 loss to the Hurricanes in their last game there. Their defense has been much better in their last 2 games which will be key in this game as the Knights have not been good defensively so the Stars will find the net as they are going to respond with a better offensive performance at home. The Stars also lost a close game to the Knights in Vegas 3-2 back in December so this is their chance to get some revenge at home. The Stars will win this game at home.
