The Oilers are coming into this game with a 1-0 series lead and they are coming off of a 4-2 win against the Golden Knights in game 1. They were down early in that game, but they did the same thing that they did against the Kings in the last series and kept fighting until they got the win. They are coming into this game with a lot of confidence as they were down 2-0 in their last series against the Kings before winning that series 4-2, and now they have won their last 5 straight games. They are the team that is riding the momentum in this series right now and every game they have played has been very similar as they never give up and keep finding ways to win games. The Oilers have started out most of their games in these playoffs from behind and they have had to come back in almost every game they have played so as much as they have been playing with fire, they continue to win games out of it and that is going to make them a very dangerous team in this series as no lead is safe with them. Their offense has been on fire recently as they have scored at least 4 goals in each of their last 2 as well as 4 of their last 5 games, and even their goaltending has been much better with Pickard as they have allowed 2 goals or less in 2 of their last 3 games. They are going up against a Knights team that was not playing well in their last series either. The Knights won that series against the Wild 4-2, but the Wild were also one of the weakest teams coming into the playoffs and the Knights still had 3 of their 4 wins come by just 1 goal while both of their losses, and now all 3 losses in these playoffs, have been by 2+ goals. They have not been that great at home either as they are 2-2 there in the playoffs and have lost 2 of their last 3 games at home, scoring just 2 goals in 2 of those 3 games. The Oilers are playing very well right now as they were tested heavily in the 1st round and the way they had to win that series has now propelled them into this round. They have been playing much better coming into this game and they are a team that is never out of any game. The Oilers will win this game.
