The Cavaliers are coming into this game down 2-0 in the series and their defense has not been good in this series as they have allowed at least 120 points in both games. The Pacers won both of those games in 2 very different ways as well. They won the 1st game with a strong start and led the whole time, but they won the 2nd game after trailing for most of the game and only came back in the last few mins to get the win right at the end. The Pacers went to the Eastern Conference Final last season in a big surprise so they have the quality to get back there this season and they have that playoff experience to lean on now as well. They have been a very dangerous team with their style of play and they have options all over the court when it comes to scoring, many of their players contributing to the offense. The Cavaliers do not have that though as they have been carried by Donovan Mitchell in the first 2 games and it has not been enough. They are also without some key pieces like Garland and Mobley and missing those pieces has had a negative impact on the Cavaliers. The Cavaliers are now going on the road down 2-0 in the series and this is a must win game for them, but they are also going to have all the pressure on themselves as the number 1 seed in the East to try and make a comeback in this series. The Pacers have been a much more dominant team at home though as they were 29-11 in the regular season and they have won all 3 home games in these playoffs so far as well as winning 8 of their last 9 games there. The Cavaliers may need to win this game, but the Pacers are a very good team themselves and they did win 3 of the 4 games against the Cavaliers in the regular season as well as the 2 playoff games now. The Pacers will cover the spread in this game.
