(NCAAF) Oregon State vs. California,
Point Spread: 9.00 | -110.00 California (Home)
Result: Loss
California is off a bye and is an underdog against one of the best teams in the Pac 12. Wilcox has done well with his team in the underdog role and being in this spot at home should play into their gameplan. Oregon State has struggled with Cal on the road in the past to beat them in Berkeley. The Bears have a good run game and they are good against the run. They will have to force some turnovers from DJU who hasn’t been top notch on the road this season. This is a generous amount of points for the home team to cover against a team that has shown they are struggling to win on the road this season. This is also a look ahead spot for Oregon State who host UCLA next week in Corvallis. Cal has won all their games at home except for a controversial game against Auburn that they should have won. This bye gives the Bears a chance to regroup with extra practice to stop the Beavers and disrupt them enough to get the win with their physical play.

As a road favorite the Beavers are 2-5 ATS in the last three seasons and 3-4 SU. Oregon State are 0-2 ATS after playing a game at home this season and 1-1 SU. Cal as a home underdog of 7.5 to 10 points is 7-1 ATS since 1992 and 5-3 SU. Head to head this series is split 5-5 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last ten games. Oregon State are 2-4 ATS in their last six games played on the road against Cal. California are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games at home. Oregon State are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games.

Best bet: take the points with California.
