MACK'S NCAAB **FINAL CHAMP GAME TOTAL!
(NCAAB) Purdue vs. Connecticut,
Total: 145.50 | -105.00 Under
Result: Win
The last two national championship games have stayed under the total. Purdue's last four games out of five, went under the total. All five of the Huskies games in this tournament have stayed under the total. The Huskies pace is 306, while Purdue's pace is around 193 so this game will see less possessions and it will slow right down. UConn have held opponents to 58.7 points per game in this tournament while Purdue have held opponents to 61.3 points per game. Both play solid defense but UConn has more players that can block shots and screen, while Purdue relies on Edey who does not block enough shots as he tries to stay out of foul trouble. This is going to be a problem for Purdue in this game. Purdue does not possess the athletes that can run up and down the court like the Huskies do, and that is why UConn is great at getting rebounds and getting into transition more so than Purdue. This is going to prevent Purdue from scoring more points in this game because they will be up against players that are going to screen and block their shots and they will get a lot of bad looks, hurried shots that won’t make it in, and pickup less rebounds. Purdue is in the bottom 20 in turnover percentage. Clingan can negate a lot of what Edey will try to do, and a balanced attack from the Huskies defense, will generate more empty trips on runs as Purdue will come up short. Points will be at a premium in this game and it won’t be the shoot out that was seen in the Alabama game, in fact, it will be quite the opposite. Take the Under the Total.

Best bet: take the Under the Total.
