This is a rematch of the divisional playoff last season. This is also a short week and Stroud will not have Tank Dell in this game. The Texans have clinched their division so this game doesn’t have that much meaning for them. The Ravens need to run the table and will still need a bit of help to win their division so the Ravens are super motivated in this spot. Both meetings last season Baltimore won comfortably and they are playing the better ball right now so laying the points has value.
