Birmingham is the defending Champion from last season and they are the much better well balanced team versus DC who are without their coach who went to Tennessee State instead. They struggled last season with their defense and allowed opponents to score over 24 plus points per game or 6.6 yards per play which sat them near the bottom of the league. The Stallions should have an easy time in winning and covering as they face a team dealing with coaching issues and is in some disarray with their offense too, off a losing mediocre season.
