- For most of the season, Evan Svoboda and the Wyoming passing attack was pretty bad. After a 2-7 start, Wyoming officially switched over to Kaden Anderson at QB last game against New Mexico. He threw for 342 and 3 TDs. (34% of the production Svoboda gave Wyoming through 9 games..). They now face a Colorado St. pass D that ranks worse than 100th in many important categories.

- On top of the improved passing attack, Wyoming also received a boost last week in the rushing attack with their star RB, Harrison Waylee, back from injury for the first time this year. He proceeded to go for 170 yards and a TD on 27 carries.

- Colorado State has been without star WR, Tory Horton, for a few games now. Since then they have leaned on the run game a bit more and that will really benefit them this weekend against one of the worst rush defenses in the nation.

- Bonus, the model may not like Wyoming at +9.5, but a lot of that is due to their terrible start to the season. If this change at QB plus Waylee does continue to bring any type of spark to the offense, they are a much better team than early on.
