New Jersey has been great this season and there's no doubt about that. Having said that, the Devils have been quite inconsistent over the past little while now. Over their past five games, they've lost three of them. Dating back even further, they are 4-7 their past 11 games. The Devils are dealing with the injuries of both goaltender Jacob Markstrom & Nico Hischier. Those are two huge guys to not be in the lineup.

On the other hand, Montreal is a sleeper team that could make some noise in the later stages of this season. Yes, they are six points back at the moment of a wildcard spot. However, Montreal is more than capable of stringing wins together and have already shown us just that this season. As an underdog, there's plenty of value here at home. Hammer Montreal.
