Atlanta United @ Charlotte FC (Over) ..

I didn't play on the first match week of the MLS last weekend as I like to analyze different teams that I haven't seen much of recently. Having said that, last week has come and gone and I believe that we are going to see a lot of goals in this Atlanta/Charlotte game on Saturday afternoon. Atlanta won its first game 3-2 against CF Montreal in what was a very exciting game. It scored its third goal in the 85' minute to seal the deal. A huge signing of getting Miguel Almiron back (from Newcastle) should see this Atlanta team near the top of the table for most of this season. Although he wasn't all that impressive last season, he's a weapon and could very well be a top player on this team and even in the MLS. On the other hand. Charlotte is coming off a 2-2 draw against Seattle. Now, even though it heartbreakingly conceded in the 90' +3 minute, that's a solid result for Charlotte considering that it was on the road at Lumen Field. With both teams playing in high scoring first games, I believe that this line favors the "over" tremendously at anything up to 3.0. Hammer the "over."
