It's been an amazing run for the Midshipmen of Navy. However, I don't expect it to continue through Wednesday. The Midshipmen don't shoot the ball very well and do not have history on their side. A service academy hasn't made the NCAA Tourney in nearly 20 years and Navy didn't expect to even be in this position, finishing 5th in the conference during the regular season and having a losing record overall in this campaign.

Now, there is a bit of cause for concern for American, who actually lost both matchups in the season vs. Navy. Yes, it's difficult to beat the same team twice, yet alone three times in a season, especially when the team is supposedly better than yours. But, anything can happen, especially in March. American is however the favorite to win this tournament, and for good reason. The Eagles play very solid defense and should be able to come away with the win here.
