Burns' Selection // Atlanta Hawks [Against The Spread] .

Despite pulling away late and winning their most recent game against the Heat, the LA Clippers are still not all full strength. Norman Powell has been out over the past couple of weeks and that has led to many close games and some inconsistencies from the Clips. They were without Kawhi on Wednesday, and probably will play today but it's not confirmed. LAC hasn't been very good ATS either recently.

If you've noticed, the Hawks have been getting a lot of attention from me this season (I am 7/11 in Hawks games.) I believe that even without Jalen Johnson in their roster, the Hawks are valued way too low and get don't get respected enough. Trae Young is getting to the foul line at extreme rates at the moment (48/49 over the past four games.) That's going to make this Atlanta team succeed and has recently as its on a four game winning streak.

In the end, I believe that the Hawks will get the job done today. They are a better team at home than away and the Clippers are not very good on the road. I don't expect to even need the points here as Atlanta should win this game outright. However, I'm taking the points just incase. Hammer ATL on Friday.
