Jameson Taillon is due for a bounce-back outing and I feel confident he will accomplish that tomorrow night. The veteran righty is 6-2 in night games this year and has held five of his last seven opponents to two or fewer earned runs. He should get plenty of run support from a Cubs offense that's scored 20 runs in its last two games and is in the thick of a competitive Wild Card race. Milwaukee may be leading the NL Central but Chicago is 26-14 since the All-Star break, pulling a half-game ahead of Arizona for the second WC spot.

Milwaukee starter Wade Miley gave up four runs and nine hits in his last start vs. the Cubs on July 4. Chicago (.270 BA/.341 OBP/.466 SLG/.807 OPS in the second half of the year) is capable of giving Taillon the run support he needs at home...
