I believe the hype is real, and he and George Pickens will be a match made in heaven this season if they stay healthy. The Niners' defense is changing schemes following Demeco Ryans' departure for Houston, switching to more man and press coverage. How certain can we be that the transition goes smoothly? Week One in Pittsburgh, it might not look so fresh and exciting.

Defensively, I'm predicting that the Steelers will come to play. Niners QB Brock Purdy is a question mark off of a torn UCL — how reliable will he be on Sunday? He may feel fine, but that's not a question I'm willing to wager on. The Steelers have playmakers, too, and need a statement win to get things going. They're in a very tough division, and beating the Niners would give them a springboard going forward.
